Orange Blossom Honey

The orange blossom honey is collected in the area of Cartagena, Murcia.
Orange blossom honey has a light amber color when it is liquid and when it crystallizes, it is yellowish-white and has a denser texture.
It is a honey that is very subtle and delicate on the palate with a certain citrus flavor, in addition to benefiting from its properties.

Thyme honey

Thyme honey is collected in the La Mancha Alta area
Light amber honey with a very characteristic intense floral aroma.
Its antibacterial properties make it very efficient for the prevention of throat infections.

Rosemary honey

Rosemary honey is collected in the Serranía de Cuenca area.
It has a thick texture and has a color that is very reminiscent of a very light amber tone. Of course, when your texture crystallizes, it becomes much harder, and its color turns white.
It is a honey that has a mild flavor.

Thousand Flower Honey
